It will be seven years in May!
Wow! Tell us, what’s your favorite part of belonging to this community?
The relationships and sense of community, customers that have turned into friends, and the sisterhood of the staff.
Have you ever worked with jewelry and self-care products before?
I have prior retail experience, which included jewelry and self-care products, but they were not the focus as they are at Embellish.
Here at Embellish Asheville, empowering women in our staff and our designers is essential. That being said: what’s your favorite thing about working for a woman-run business?
The camaraderie, mutual respect, and collaboration.
Totally agree! Do you have any funny work stories to share?
So many! But I can’t think of a good one at the moment. We are always laughing and having fun around here!

What’s your go-to everyday jewelry piece?
My labradorite gemstone necklace by Crafts and Love and a good bracelet stack.

It’s really hard to pick a favorite! Embellish features so many amazingly talented artists/designers. But a couple of my favorites are David Aubrey, Skrapmonkey, and Freshie & Zero.
Do you mainly wear silver, gold, or mixed metals?
Mainly gold, but I do like to mix it up with silver and mixed metals from time to time.
